TICKET INFORMATION

If you would like to attend the conference, please book your ticket via the links at the bottom of this page.

We have two booking options, the first is to attend the conference (18th/19th June), and the second is to attend the conference (18th/19th June) and the pre-conference event (17th June).  See below for more information.

The programme is subject to amendment up to the day of the conference; please be aware of this when booking your ticket.

CONFERENCE TICKET

Tuesday 18th and Wednesday 19th June 2024

The #WSPA2024 conference will draw together schools, education partners, policymakers and researchers to learn from leading school-based physical activity approaches from across the globe.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

Tickets include access to all sessions across both Tuesday 18th & Wednesday 19th June 2024. This includes lunch and refreshments on both days, and evening drinks reception and canapés on the 18th of June.

PRE-EVENT & CONFERENCE TICKET

Monday 17th, Tuesday 18th and Wednesday 19th June 2024

The #WSPA2024 pre-conference event will draw together leading researchers and evaluators of school-based physical activity programmes from across the globe. This ticket also includes access to the #WSPA2024 conference.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

Tickets include access to all three days (Monday 17th, Tuesday 18th & Wednesday 19th June 2024). This includes lunch and refreshments on all three days, informal conference dinner on the 17th, and evening drinks reception and canapés on the 18th.

  • The conference team must be notified in writing of any changes or cancellation to registration.

    Until 31st March 2024: the registration fee will be refundable, with the exception of a £50 handling fee.

    From 1st April 2024 until 31st May 2024: the registration fee will be 50% refundable, with the exception of a £50 handling fee.

    From 1st June onwards: no refunds will be made.

    No refunds will be granted to non-attendees.

    All refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee, and the transaction number.

  • Information on your dietary requirements can be provided when you register for your ticket.

  • We are not able to provide an invoice for any attendees. Please register and pay for the conference through the pay zone links provided. If you have any further questions, please get in touch with the conference committee team.

  • Unfortunately, there is not a reduced fee for students or presenters as we have provided a flat fee for all attendees.

  • Absolutely! We welcome all students to attend our conference. While we don’t have a discounted rate, we really hope you can make it!
